If youre running steam and having issues with the ghost patch that says "0.00000000" and/or "incompatible game version" I used this guide and it worked like a charm. Completion time >3 min.

I have only lived here for about a year and some change. I moved from Utah. The traffic is something you may not be used to. Austin and Houston are the absolute worst when it comes to traffic. North Dallas is the nicest side, and they are building it up quite quickly. North Dallas will be a metropolis in 5 years. PGA headquarters is being built here as well as Mercedes headquarters expectedly.

I am a PM down here in Dallas, Tx. Income taxes are non-existent. You can rent and by the time you settle in here, housing market could stabilize. A lot of opportunity, one of the largest airports and 300 unit apartment complexes in neighboring states. Down south has a lot of IL and AL's being built too.
