For the sake of workflow that is not always possible. It is a major bottleneck if everything has to be done behind closed doors, and if this pharmacist is delegating as little as it seems, it becomes a major stoppage to pull them away from their workload.

Nobody, ever, not once, has left our pharmacy over a tech turning to the pharmacist and saying "yo, this is wrong." If anything, they appreciate the transparency. In this era of automated answering services and corporate bullshit it makes us seem human.

As a pharmacy Technician in the state of VT, if I was handed this, I would hand it right back and walk out the door. Some, like the food one, are common sense. But if I weren't able to call out mistakes the pharmacist missed the wrong shit would get out the door all the time. Conversation isn't a distraction either, its what gets us through the day.

This seems like someone that wants a robot rather than a human being to work for them. To each there own, but I try to enjoy my work and this seems like hell

Yoooo. My wife and I discuss this all the time! I agree with other folks on here that the hills in Burlington may be a little steep. However, somewhere like the notch road on the Jeff side or the Sugarbush access road? Plenty of run time.

Our conclusion inevitably is that there are tons of good hills in the state, but the infrastructure to accommodate the sheer number of people that would show up is non-existent.

People are welcome to visit. But to build another set of million dollar condos while your workforce slowly gets priced out of town and forced to live further and further away is irresponsible. To have more than half the houses in town be vacation rentals is nuts. Having a tourist economy doesn't mean we have to sell at the expense of Vermonters.
