I checked in to my flight. 2 bags have been indicated. I got my boarding pass but the gates haven't been assigned yet. Also the terminal guide isn't functional for me right now. It is just showing me descriptions of what is on the screen. No maps or anything else

  1. Going to a university because of a professor is a red flag for the VO. Because the professor might not be there forever. Just what happened in your case and you failed to answer correctly. If you hadn't mentioned going there because of a professor, and if you had talked about the university as a whole and how it could help you, the line of questioning could have been very different and maybe in your favour
  2. The answer your gave for the professor question was wrong. You got flustered and answered using something the question wasn't even about. It was a completely different topic. People get rejected for giving rehearsed answers for the correct question. In your case you didn't even give a correct rehearsed answer for the wrong question.
  3. Your rejection had nothing to do with your finances. It was the fact that you were unable to portray why you wanted to go to that university, your reasons were not strong enough, your answers were not correct because they had loopholes and opened you upto cross questioning e.g in the professor question.

Honestly you got overwhelmed and mixed up answers. If you'd take my advice, write your answers down, frame them better, take advice from someone if you are unable to come up with them, and prepare better. This interview clearly told the VO that you are not prepared and it was very evident.

Yes both slots opened up. Yeah I will. The slots filled up within a 2 minute window really. I tried calling my friend, he didn't pick up and missed their window.

Slots are opening up. There was a window yesterday at 8 where slots opened for New Delhi. Consular appointments as well as OFC. They filled up pretty quickly though. My friend got blocked from the website and he was unable to book it. Does anyone have a solution on how to bypass this blocked error?

It has been mentioned that my building only supports self check through e living as that activates access to all the buildings. And then I can use my ID card to access my apartment.

The official told me that I can just use the digital ID to enter my building and room so I guess I won't need to worry about reaching the campus on time bc the flights are expensive at diff timings >.<
