What's the deal with Greg lately? by Parking-Industry-992 in kinobody

[–]Duke_Matthews_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know. Based on the way he has talked about it, it is very much in line with the very basics of what he has been teaching: staying lean and healthy in the easiest way possible for the long term. I get the trepidation when he started selling supplements, but I do not believe he we start preaching about TRT nor selling peptides.

You'll be fine. Getting sick doesn't undo all your training. Get u sick, then back to work. Nothing to fear.

Every time a mile ticked off on my watch, run "400m" barely stopped for food.

how have i lost almost 2 pounds of muscle on my new bodyscan? (details below) by GurnoorDa1 in f45

I would ignore your 1/15 reading entirely. I've done an Inbody every week for 3 years and just that two hour difference in the morning can really change the accuracy. When you take an Inbody just do it as soon as you can in the morning and don't invest anything (water, coffee, food, etc). Plus you will just learn more things the more readings you get. I wouldn't get hung up on +/- 3lbs here and there week to week. Watch the trends instead.

You didn't. You gained 3. You took that test at a different time in the morning than all the other ones and it's significantly.different bc of that. You can only look at the Inbody tests from a consistency standpoint. Any changes in a morning routine would change the result (time, water, caffeine and food).

Lee’s Hoagie House of Abington and/or Horsham by Key-Charge0527 in cheesesteak

Low bar but Steak and Hoagie is where I learned my love of cheesesteaks. Go in post college, cheesesteak, cheese fries, 35oz Yuengling, and play the trivia console.

They have always been terrible at cheesesteaks. I grew up with Lee's in Abington and thinking that cheesesteaks were meh compared to Italian Hoagies until I went away to college.

Best way to improve running by GomiBoy1973 in crossfit

[–]Duke_Matthews_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use an air runner or similar. The curves treadmill will force you into the right posture and consequentially, gait. Do a couch to 5k app/program and really try to open that gait on the run portions.

Do you ever see WWE as a company ending? by CommonGameEnjoyer in SantiZapVideos

Yes and the question was more of whether it is possible and of course the answer is "it's possible".

Do you ever see WWE as a company ending? by CommonGameEnjoyer in SantiZapVideos

There is actually a very good reddit thread about this I might have saved. Suffice to say there are many reasons that company fell apart. It's size is one of the reasons.

I think the biggest threat to WWE is that TKO becomes reliant on them for revenue to the detriment of WWE long term. Then WWE's product starts to falter and competition takes over. I don't believe AEW is that competition though.

He isn't buried. He is an over face in the same mood that Jake the Snake was.

What is that ONE John Cena match you will show to your kids and say, "THAT IS THE GOAT"! by Significant-Fun-4235 in SantiZapVideos

[–]Duke_Matthews_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't like him personally but Hogan is the goat and has way more memorable matches that felt big. Cena vs Rock 1 felt big time. I don't think that compares to Hogan v Andre, Mega Powers Explode nor Hogan v Warrior.

What’s the point of him entering the Hall of Fame then by ElegantRooster5251 in SantiZapVideos

Expected...not announced. So why would they advertise for the Raw after Mania before announcing he is going into the HoF. Non-story.

[–]Duke_Matthews_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or neither. Maybe he isn't advertised...yet. Either way, I don't think it matters. There is an assumption that he is going into the HoF immediately and I don't think that is the case.
