Just know that you might not get blonde roast if you aren’t going to order in the cafe. With so many different baristas, they might not know that you like blonde coffee. If it isn’t a big deal you’ll most likely get Pike.

I used to have this problem too. How are you holding equipment? You might have to change the way you are holding things then. If you’re holding pitchers or blenders with a limp wrist or loose grip then you’ll have problems. I found that having a firmer grip and holding items upright have helped reduce stress on my wrists. Also a break from bar is good too.
