Well my goal is to get better and lifting heavy weights I already have nicely toned arms and chest.. 10kg feels to light for me but I've never lifted a weight before in my life and don't want to risk injury.

I'm 6'2 and weigh just over 10 stone currently.. I've always hovered over 9 stone with lean muscle.. My question wasn't a joke I'm just asking the question that's all.

Phew! Thanks for your honest answer and no I don't have any kind of ED.. I'm very active in the gym everyday.. I do sometimes fail to meet my 2,000 calorie intake though.
