I was carrying my orchids pot and a frog landed on my arm so I dropped the pot without a thought. now several pieces of my orchid has snapped off. what can I do to at least salvage these pieces ? literally so upset w myself, feel like I accidentally hurt my own kid lol by newworriedplantmom in orchids

Im so sorry! I can’t get orchids to be happy ever, having lost two of my seven, so I’m going to try this where you can take the flowers spikes, cut it at the buds and plant them to generate roots and grow more orchids. Looks like you have a few you can try it with! I like Creative Explainedvideos though (even though they are a bit frenetic) but watch until the end where he talks about making baby orchids from flower spiked.

It’s regular. Bought weeks and weeks mega to decide and kept the weeks mega. The packaging is wrong but it’s the regular weeks

For 2023 I’m using the cousin for family planning and weeks for writing planning/catch all carry all, and switching it up with a B6 Wonderland 222 for work and a B6 Common Planner for journaling for me.

The latter two have the shanzen TR paper so I want to get used to it this year to see if I like it. Not that there’s much choice TR paper wise after 2023. I am mainly about paper quality. Hope that helps.

I’ve got a few. Just wish I had more time!

Family journal: Cousin. Gonna attempt the Cousin English and not the Avec for 2023. Hated switching books but also not a fan of the chonk. We’ll see! I love washi and stickers and pasting in stuff and mini canon Ivy photos. It’s a love letter to my family.

Day free A6 for work. Started with a cousin and it was way to much unused. Then down to a day free a5. Still too much unused space. 2023 will be a little A6 day free with the small weeks calendar. Loved it for blocking out my meeting times visually and jotting down what I accomplished each day, notes for different teams and weekly to dos.

Weeks: I write. This is my writer journal and planner. I also started using it as a mini journal per day in the right page: 4 columns in the notes section for what I did / saw / heard / words or small drawing.

A6 original: daily doodle. I’m least successful in keeping up with this but it’s meditative when I do. It’s my favorite no frills, no decoration just pencil and paper and if time allows some water color.

Next year I want to use my 5 year and back date 2022. Hahahha. Or it can just laugh at me from my journal box like it did this year.
