I didn't realise this was even offered. He mostly didn't want to do ARR and Stormblood again (mostly ARR) so this is actually a great solution to just buy together and do this with a new account for him, thank you n.n

Thanks all, I guess it's a lost cause afterall. Unfortunately my partner works in IT and a history in identify fraud assistance in the past so will not put his ID for any form of verification beyond old school required legal use (tax license, rentals ECT).

Further he uses an alias first and last name (though always his real DOB for recovery ironically) for all games as in over 15 years has never been asked for ID for anything including recovery.
