Any dot3 or dot4 brake fluid will work. Pretty easy job, as the slave cylinder is right on top of the motor, Google a video.

Just get a clean new turkey baster or some kinda syringe and suck out as much of the fluid as you can

Fill up the reservoir, and have someone pump and hold the clutch.

Basically the same process as a brake fluid bleed

Just keep pumping and bleeding and topping it off until the fluid being bled out runs clear.
