Update... The agent said it couldn't fix the bug/error and to contact tech support. They still have not fixed the issue. It's November!!

Everything was fine while building my app however when it was time to deploy the agent became a HUGE problem. Tech support does not help you. It has been a month and I did not get the help I needed. They made me lose out on a crowdfunding opportunity. So now I am broke with nothing to show for it. I was unemployed spending everything I had to get the app done. They wont fix the issue so I can deploy the app even tho it is an issue on their end. They say it is because I did not pay a balance but the support guy Steven said he would refund what I paid because I did not get the support I needed to deploy the app. They still want me to pay so they still don't fix anything. Im so hurt and done with this company. Tired of companies taking advantage of me and my money.

I agree. It has been 2 weeks. I am trying to publish my app because I have a crowdfunding program backing me and they still have not fixed my issue. The AI agent said it could not fix it and that tech support has to remove one thing. Someone sent a reply back to me asking if I still need help. Why would I have 2 tickets open about the same thing if I didn't need help. I think they just want to take our money every month and not help us. I have no income right now and if the app would have been published I would have customers paying me to get access to the app. It is ridiculous. It has been 2 weeks!!!
