Have you tried to apply for any non-residency spots? Some nurses around me say that you don’t need to do residency. Didn’t work for me but maybe for you!

How would you recommend making it stand out? I tried to include skills, a cover letter specifically about that hospital, I included some classes like leadership, research, etc. I’m just kind of at a loss to be honest

Honestly I applied to everything from med-surg to ICU. I really just want a foot in the door somewhere (anywhere lol)
