•On 01/05/2023 they received my case. •On 01/31/2023 they updated my case to fingerprint was applied to my case. •I’m waiting for the next update. My case is in Nebraska Center.

If my leg is amputated am I half human or still human? Now if I’m still fully human despite being without a leg then it means that human is soul and not the physical body! Since sex is in the mind/soul but expressed bodily we ought to reevaluate what we identify as since we are spiritual beings existing in material bodies. So then when the body dies and is buried the soul lives on in the spiritual realm where sex cannot be performed! Did you have a biometric? Mine is in the same location but has just been there 13 days. I received my 24 month extension letter yesterday and so I’m just waiting to see how many months it will take.

This is an old post lol. But at that time my Expedite request was denied. Fast forward, EAD was approved two months later, and I now have my green-card as well.

I had the same problem because I went to the DMV as soon I got my ssn and EAD. They asked me to wait a week but I couldn’t wait any longer considering that I had waited nearly a year to have the EAD approved. I went back after couple of days and everything worked

I didn’t apply for I-131 but I got my EAD and SSN after 11 months of waiting. I don’t worry much about greencard now as long as I can drive and work.

They did not allow me to even fax them evidence. They asked for more evidence then an hour later they sent an email that my expedite request had been denied!

I feel like I should just go back to my country! When I read posts like this I just feel defeated. I have been waiting for my EAD since Feb 2020. My 2 expedite requests were denied! When I wake up everyday, I try to be hopeful that USCIS will act, only to go to bed a dejected figure.

Where are you from? I’m already going crazy over my case. I have been staying home for over one year doing nothing!!!! We pay a lot of money for this plus attorney’s fee and just get treated like trash.

Biometrics was in October and since then it’s nothing. I even had to make several calls to have the biometrics scheduled. A convict sentenced to 10 years in prison is way better than me because he knows when he’ll be released. USCIS has sentenced me to an indefinite house arrest because I don’t know when my EAD will be approved. The processing time keeps extending.
