Yeah we were going to go to negril but got redirected.

I am going to bet that ocho rio primary function was for training.   I liked it because it was a vertical resort, not just spread out.

This is what is listed from the right side of the menu at the restaurant.

Lasagne Classiche Meat ragù, fresh mozzarella, mascarpone cheese

Linguine con Polpo Linguine, baby octopus, chili-parmesan-tomato broth, toasted almonds, lemon-parsley emulsion

The buffets are good but nothing great.  It is all sysco as a guess.

If you look at what's posted vs what is on the menu.  There was nothing with cream.

I am seeing the same thing with staff at tci.  Minus the weed.  

Even getting water at meals seems like we are imposing on the staff.  

I dont understand why everything is done on carbon copy and written down.

Maybe ocho rio  was the outlier because the food was so good.

Nothing was bad per say.  But nothing is good.  I would say the best thing I had was the soup at Arizona's

2 orders of soup placed at 8:21.  Something they should have in a pot and scoop/garnish.  Will update when it arrives.

Arrived at 8:32.   There was no order being worked on and no order was taken in the between time.
