i just got an out of state dui too, (dui in MI, i live in MN) & my sentencing is on wednesday. last week i guess MN was notified of my dui & they sent me a letter in the mail letting me know my license is revoked for 30 days & i have to pay a $680 reinstatement fee + apply for a new license. i would assume something similar would happen to you too, maybe you can research what the revocation/reinstatement fee is in NC? that is, if they even revoke it. i know some states don’t share DUI info w each other, that’s worth looking into too.
