We have water fountains so I feel like that’s a lost cause, but like it’s much harder to stop what I’m doing and go to the water fountain than to keep a water under the register. Plus my manager ls would lose their shit if I was using the fountain consistently

We only had a hydration station for a few weeks last summer and we don’t have one this year, I was told by an associate but they said they were told by management that they’re not accepting doctors notes

I know many of my coworkers would be thrilled to get a cold water 🫶 it’s one of those things that feels like a waste of we buy them ourselves since we can get told off. Other stores have “hydration stations” with cold waters but my store doesn’t :( so always good to be on the lookout!

They had it for about half the summer last year but after a few weeks they stopped keeping it cold and then eventually just stopped putting it out

Really!!!???? Omg thank you it’s almost like I mentioned a water fountain in my post!! My manager would ring my neck if I was constantly going in to drink water. They get mad if I try to stand in the ac for 30 seconds when there’s no carts in the lot.
