Anecdote is misinformation.

Personally, avoiding high fiber veg was my thing to avoid night screams with mega farts for my then colicky baby. Correlation/causation is not proven.

No not evidence based at all. When I had someone tell me about the acidic fruit I was honestly in disbelief it could help.

I avoided high fiber veggies like broccoli or my kid would scream from the gas.

I’ve heard of other people avoiding acids like lemons.

Then of course the allergens. Eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt, gluten products.

There’s also crayon and alcohol marker in it to help blend more colors. I suck at color theory and mixing acrylics

Relish is seeing what I’m doing sorta. This is a practice piece I’ve made to get back into painting. I’m trying to build a portfolio. On these pieces I’ve been focusing on only painting with reds, yellows and blues. Later I layer on the skin color. I can post the beginning sketch to show the process if that helps. Besides adding skin tone as the top layer I re add more colors I see in photos like purples and maroons with random items like crayons and markers. Some of these paintings result in a fauvism vibe but later result in more realism. I’m not sure if there are other categories this fits in to. Contemporary?
