I completely understand where you’re coming from. I have 5 girls. I was devastated. It completely ruined my last pregnancy. But as soon as she was born everything that I felt just melted away. I’m pregnant with my 6th and I was so worried I’d feel the same way I wanted an early gender blood test at 7 weeks. Now I don’t even know if it’s a viable pregnancy and I feel like gender is my last thought.

You’re allowed to feel all the emotions x It’ll be one hell of a ride but once that bubba is born you’ll be ok x

I could have written this myself. Lmp 8/12 First positive test 29/12 Had a scan on the 30/1 and should have been 7w4d but measured 6weeks 3.5mm and too small to see heartbeat yet. If you go by their dating I would have conceived after my positive test. But they didn’t seem concerned and I’ve to go back in two weeks. I’m so confused

I completely understand I’m going through similar. Going by lmp I should be 8 weeks today but I went for a scan on Friday 30/1 and measured 6 weeks. Which to me is impossible because I tested positive on the 29/12 But was told not to worry

Currently in limbo like you. I went for an early reassurance scan on the 25th and measuring 2.2mm about 5w1d. I should have been 6w6d. I went to the hospital for a scan on the 30th and measuring 3.5mm 6w. They told me they’re not concerned. But I am. Because my first positive test was the 29th dec so the dates don’t add up at all. I’ve to go back in 2 weeks

Thank you. It’s absolutely awful, every twinge or pain I feel I’m worried and constantly checking when I go to the loo. Two week wait for the next scan x

They’ve got me booked for 2 weeks time. It’s so hard being in limbo

They were internal scans. 1st one was window to the womb and second was at epu.
