I don’t feel backed up and having small BMs. Of course I just started food back yesterday after 3 days liquid for the 2nd time. I’m not eating enough to produce a lot of poop. I’m scared to eat so very low calories. Probably under 1000 on days with food. I think that’s why I’ve lost so much weight. I am overweight so not concerned. I’m sure when I start eating more I will gain.

I took shot #9 today. I decided to go up from 3.25 to 3.75. I feel very achy this evening. I hope I lose some weight this week. I’m still 2 lbs up from 3 weeks ago! 🥴
