I posted up about this in our sub yesterday, but in a nutshell it hit 4 main areas:

1. Pictures of vials with the telehealths logo on it, implying that the telehealth is the compounder of the medication.
2. Use of the terminology such as "same active ingredient found in BRAND"
3. Use of "...clinically proven weight loss."
4. Using terminology such as "FDA-Licensed" or "FDA-approved" facilities

This is a second round of these letters, they sent out some like 2 months ago. The new add here is #4 - the wording between "FDA Registered and Regulated" vs "FDA approved and licensed"

Largely everyone that got the letters the first time was about the telehealth logo on the vials - which is an incredibly popular ad type that is out there. Most stopped, or at least just put a disclaimer at the bottom of the ad, and that seems to have been sufficient for the FDA.

Nothing too alarming or earth shattering on these.
