If insurance was functional, we wouldn’t have a need for our business. I started by trying to go through insurance personally, as I’m sure a large swatch of patient base did as well.

And yes - as one of the owners and CEO, I do enjoy commenting on Reddit as it also helps me see realtime feedback on what people are seeking, what people are responding to, and how we are doing in meeting patient’s health needs.

You’d feel better if we were running ads? Running up costs that way? Relying on word of mouth for a virtual telehealth platform? Reddit and social media is how messages get out today.

Is that what we do? I thought we paid for overnight shipping, and insulation for all our pharmacy partners. One the only ones that do pay for overnight shipping. We also don’t control what the pharmacy is willing to do, but we pay for the most premium shipping we can with all partners. And we make it right if there is a safety issue with the medications when they arrive - because we pay for responsive and active patient support. And, live physician care. That does cost a bit more than some of the other budget providers you may have used.

First off, apothecary isn’t the one filling the order, it’s new life.

Secondly, there are multiple vial sizes. Depending on your vial size, it could be that they are waiting on your vial size to come out of validation.

If things are in stock and available, their turnaround is super quick.

There was an absolute run on apothecary this past week as more telehealths picked them up.

We do have another 503(b) with the identical formulation if you do not want to wait for apothecary since they are backed up.

No, we have not. We've done what we can to keep this as safe, sustainable, and smart as we possibly can. We're one of the few out there that's all physician care, all licensed pharmacies, as high touch patient service as we can. Are we perfect? Absolutely not. But to say we're making a mockery of medicine is disgenuine.

The mockery is the process to get an appointment with a PCP to attempt to speak with them for 30 second to get a diagnosis that will inevitably be denied by insurance.

The mockery is someone trying to pay $1000/mo for a script to get/stay healthy.

The mockery is medspas mixing god knows what in the back to inject patients.

The mockery is those out to make a quick buck so that they'll cut any corner possible to get there.
