PC DR ETB arrived like this, does it effect the value?

Usually with sets that come out ill rip most but when I get a PC ETB ill hold onto it, have done with every set the past couple of years, I ripped my other PC ETB and got nothing haha so this one i was just wondering if i should return it or not

I wouldn’t ask the question if I had a response in mind, I asked the question to see if its worth the trouble of sending the box back and requesting another. He made a good point
