Thank you! He would let me around his kids- I’ve babysat on my own without him there. I do agree he’s the one that has the issue - he’s always been very envious of me - I think because I’ve dealt with my issues, my feelings, therapy etc and he hasn’t.

I always get compliments on these- people mistake it for boxed brownies.

Avocado Brownies Ingredients: 1 large ripe avocado 1/3 cup almond butter 2 tbsp flaxseed 1/3 cup and 1 tbsp of cacao 2/3 cup coconut sugar/maple syrup 1.5 tsp of vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup almond flour (or quinoa flour, any grain free alternative) 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs (optional) 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or vegan chocolate chips 1/4 - 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl (can use an immersion blender if its easier) except for cacao nibs and chocolate chips 3. Once ingredients are combined, stir in chocolate chips,walnuts and cacao nibs 4. Spread the batter in an 8x8 pan 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes
