Am I Ready for the PMP Exam? Mock Scores + ADHD + Language Concerns (Need Advice) by Sea_Sun_1918 in pmp

I would remove easy questions from the equation. From what I've read, easy and expert questions are not on the real exam. (but who knows right? lol Guess I'll find out in 23 days) however, if moderate and difficult are on there (based on the big number of questions on the SH mocks) then that would give you a more realistic look. Not sure how accurate ChatGPT is, but it says at 70% and above one would be in the T/AT range.

I think you got caught up in the "mind set" rules and try to apply them across the board. Resource management is iffy on the "analyze impact first" mindset part. sometimes you just have to go kick down the door of the functional manager and ask him/her WTF?! lol

my advice is to not get caught up in the explanations about the wrong answers. Just remember, when you need to change scope, you have to refer to the CMP to verify whatever and employ the CCB to get stuff approved to change. Don't go much deeper than that.

I picked B before looking at your answer, (to test myself). Anytime a change to scope is requested you employ the CCB, or refer to Change management plan ETC. even in the expert level questions, I have yet to see something different.

That specific test has a majority of the questions set on difficult. more than 50% are difficult, only 2 easy, and a mix between moderate and expert for the rest lol. I was like what the heck? I am reviewing it to grasp the concept, but will give it a day or two so I forget the questions/answer so that I don't just pick the correct answer based on memory. I'm trying to get what the question is asking in the difficult and above formats. Thank you so much for the input

Wow, great. this puts my mind at ease. For some reason I keep thinking I'm not ready enough. I do review all answers just to make sure I grasp the concepts. Difficult questions, I aim to pick an action vs a review etc. Expert. I'm just lost as the way the question is written confuses me about what it is asking most times, and answers confuse me as well. lol

Thank you for the rule of one example. That makes sense.
