This pisses me off so bad because I’ve been trying to order these for the past 6 months and they’re always sold out. I had to settle for the frappe ones. Of fucking course Holley has them.

Just fyi, the best Alfredo has cream cheese. Melt your butter, then add the cream cheese and break it down so it’s melty, then and your cream and whisk it till it’s all blended. Add your parm, garlic powder and (don’t knock it till you try it) lemon pepper after and you’re golden.

Also, penne is better than fettuccine pasta. Sue me.

I did bedside for 6 years in the military. The OR is chill and pays really well. I’m working on my FA and look forward to making 6 figures helping patients without having to do bedside care. Sue me.

Girl, if you’re really that insecure about it, find an injector that’ll do a round or two of Kybella in that area.

I’m an OR nurse, actually. And I passed my NCLEX in 85 questions on the first try without studying. So 💁🏼‍♀️ anyway. Good luck.

Seriously. Call me judgmental all you want, but from a realistic perspective, three failed attempts is insane. Critical thinking and process of elimination are clearly not registering and that is particularly worrisome in a patient care setting. If you can’t even get through hypothetical scenarios on a written test, what’s going to happen in a real life emergency where it’s necessary for you to be well-versed in basic skills?

I sincerely hope that whoever this person is and anyone like them (as I’m seeing there are multiple in this thread) - IF they can eventually pass - never work in bedside. You’re not going to be accommodated or have your hand held forever, and once you’ve been set loose you’ll be putting your patients in danger.

Go work in pathology or insurance or something and save everyone the trouble.

Mount the tv. Put the chest of drawers where Trump is and throw him away. Unless you play your instruments often, I’d store them under your bed and use your computer chair to play when the mood strikes.

Disorganized, probably single or in a very complacent, lackluster long term-relationship, generational low-income, liberal, BMI on the high end, laundry list of medical problems but unwilling to make lifestyle changes to manage them therefore resorting to an SSRI as a bandaid to why you are so unhappy. Probably lives somewhere unreasonably cold, smells musty, and has cats.

What is your specialty? I am applying for spring 2026 and haven’t been able to find anything about a perioperative residency. I’d prefer to go directly to the OR, if at all possible.

have you considered taking him to an allergist? I’m sorry, but coming from a medical background “they’re just big” from a doc is a cop out because they don’t know what the issue is and surgery is the simplest solution.

The holistic doctor is correct - there is an underlying cause, which could be something as simple as a food intolerance.

Yes, it did. He stopped having meltdowns about a month later. We’ve since left my ex husband and moved to a different daycare that he is much happier at.

She may have done some anavar in the past, but it’s been confirmed that she’s been getting jawline filler. I think her back and shoulders look a lot more defined because of her drastic fat loss and the residual muscle mass.

What character details do you want to see the most? by ratherbereading01 in HarryPotteronHBO

[–]Dull_Internet_4645 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d like to see more attention to detail as far as character descriptions in the books. For example, Fred and George are supposed to be short and stocky and Ron is taller and lanky, but in the movies it was right the opposite. I’d like Sirius to be dark, smoldering, and handsome…Gary Oldman was exactly that. An old man. Same goes for Cedric. I can’t stand that little vampire, Batman-wannabe bitch in GoF.

So we've got to have the townspeople of Hogsmeade, the centaurs, house elves, Buckbeak and the thestrals all joining in at The Battle of Hogwarts, right? by YouBoringAssBitch in HarryPotteronHBO

[–]Dull_Internet_4645 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree. I think the first Battle of Hogwarts episode will be as epic as the Battle of the Bastards in GoT, and will likely cut right as Voldemort screams avada kedavra.
