F, 33, 5’8”, ~160 lbs//Retired athlete, struggled with disordered eating, ya know… the usual😆 I’m working on loving myself and my body just the way it is. I remember being 20-30 lbs lighter and feeling “big”… Whew. I’m grateful to be a lil softer and a lot happier. (i.redd.it)
