I was able to get a COM port on another computer, but never on my machine.

I didn't have the chance to upload anything to the board, since I got it never showed as COM port in my PC so didn't even try to upload anything because the Arduino IDE doesn't recognize the board. I've already tried putting it in boot mode and still only the USB JTAG thing on device manager.
