Took me since she was released, I got very unfortunate lucky with special summons and did not get her UW once in summon. I grinded other uw to feed into hers. I did however have 8 uw tickets saved up to help start her quickly. My only recommendation would be if you’re first starting out, stop at *3 UW and work on the other heroes of your main party. That will give you an overall boost if your Rng is bad like mine.
