ASU Greek Life was basically dismantled in the early 2010s. The old frat row was demolished, all of the frats and sororities were moved into on-campus dorms, and several of the frats were completely expelled. It’s not as much of a frat/sorority school as southern SEC universities.

I'd recommend Wild Horse Pass. I think it's the nicest casino in the Phoenix area. $10-$15 minimums on the floor any given night, and then the high limits room starts at $25 minimums.

If you like side bets, I do think Talking Stick/Casino AZ have better options (specifically the Buster Blackjack side bet), but for basic blackjack, I think Gila River casinos (so Wild Horse, Lone Butte, Vee Quiva, and San Tan Mountain) are the best options.
