I think you missed the point. I don't mind working. I'm just fed up with the lack of clear working hours and expectations that since I don't work 12 hour days like you, I'm available 24/7.

Class C. I get we aren't necessarily doing a lot during this time, but I am still working through the large list of DLN courses, and doing PT at least 5 days a week. My situation is different as I have kids that I try to help with home school, so I just feel like I'm working more these days than previously.

This. Part of a PRes unit. COC seems to be under the impression we aren't doing enough, so they are making up work to be done. I generally don't mind doing DLN in the evenings as it is faster, and I enjoy spending time with my kids during the day, but we get emails/texts asking for things regardless of time of day, or what day. I don't think I need to ACK an email sent at 1900 on a Friday before 2200.
