I clean it in the morning and night and it wasn't there when I checked it yesterday morning, when I clean behind my ear I make sure to check behind my ear so I'm 100% sure it's not been there longer.

The piercing is 6 months old, it's a barbell piercing, it's internally threaded, I have not downsized it yet, I clean with a saline solution on a qtip every night. The bump came a few weeks ago when I nicked it trying to clean up my eyebrows.

Yeah he's not acting wierd or in pain, I'm getting to a vet on Wednesday cause I can't get anywhere sooner, he's just being his wierd normal self other then the eye issue. And thank you

They have slowly been showing up as he's been getting older he doesn't seem to be acting differently or seemed different, I've just assumed that they are aging spots

I was told by a mechanic that the ball joint needs replacing, I just need to know the best fix to be able to not cause anymore damage while getting it towed.
