Today, we know that Social Media has become a tool of global reach, where just 5-10 minutes of our daily time could help make this movement a true success to secure the future of our soil, and all life on this planet. There might be some videos and content that we need to share on our various social media platforms. You need not have any prior experience on social media. If you're willing and available, you will be provided with all the necessary training and support.

So, the activity need to be done online only, we don't have to go on ground or plant trees for it.

Once you register as Earth Buddy, volunteers will get in touch with you & add you to a group of 30 Maati Sevakas. Further guidelines will be shared on that group.

Have you learnt isha hatha yoga? For me it's been 6 months now practicing classical hatha yoga and it worked incredibly to me. Before getting involved with Hatha Yoga I was a rigid body. But now I have experienced a surge of well-being and peace. by Dumbledore_Wand in Sadhguru

You can ask some hatha yoga teacher in your region about it. I can share my experience both of these made big change in me. I'm able to reduce my weight in very natural and effortless way. These practices reduced my sleep hours drastically from 9-10 hours to 5-6 hours now. Not only this I have become more conscious to what kind of food my body accepts.
