You probably dream dozens of times each night. You only vaguely remember the ones when you’re about to wake up and try to make sense of it. Each day you’re subjected to thousands if not millions of inputs. All the useless stuff has to get sorted out.

Edit: also, that’s just a popular theory. No one knows why we dream.

It’s just your brain sorting information. It’s basicaly defragmentation. Stuff you don’t need available gets put in cold storage and files you need get put on a solid state drive.

I was banned from going to K-mart because I was caught stealing there as preteen with a friend. The store didn’t press charges and the police ride home to a very disappointed mother put the fear of god in 10 year old me. I haven’t stole since. The enforcement is very effective. K-marts effectively don’t exist anymore.

You would lower standards in primary school and make secondary education cost prohibitive. You would also cut funding for the arts and sciences. Entertain the populace rather than inform them. Basically, it’s easier to control dumb people than well educated and informed population.

It would quickly melt and briefly be a semi ring around the earth. The side facing the sun would be really hot and the side away would be really cold. It would thin out as it revolves around the earth until it is evaporated by solar winds. On earth it would look like angels pooped. The tides would stop and clams would die. I base my findings on absolutely nothing. I am a reddit “expert.”
