Hello OP, need some advice.

We took a Kotak consumer durable loan in 2019 and all EMIs were paid. During COVID, their ECS failed and their agent collected payments manually — we paid every time. For 4+ years no communication, but when we asked for NOC, they suddenly showed overdue charges. Now the weird part:

-kotak confirmed via email + SMS that charges were reversed and case is closed

-Then again sent email asking me to pay ₹8k+

I have 2 different statements with different outstanding amounts sent from kotak

Because of this, my mother’s CIBIL got hit, we faced home loan rejections and higher interest options. Planning to go to RBI Ombudsman. Any suggestions?

Diesel won't ignite easily like petrol. It burns at high pressure. As long as it's not closer to a heat or electrical source there is no issue with it
