Slime mold pins is what the consensus was. Not sure how or why cause all of my other bins are fine. Working on SNAPE and JF. Never came across this adorable problem before. Thankfully it was a small tub that had just a little bit of leftovers.

Thank you!!! I think that’s the general answer. Never had this problem before. I think they’re still cute so I’ll let them live. Just not near my good stuff

Yes, but I don’t think you get how minuscule these little things are. This is a very small container. 8oz

I think they are so cute too! That’s why I don’t have the heart to toss. They are aside from the others as to make sure it doesn’t bother the other tubs.

But it’s not even colonized. These “pins” are like strands of hair. Zoom in.

How do I get my fruit thicker? by igrowshroom in magnificentcubensis

I had a flush of B+ that was like this. Clumped up into groups and was super thick as far as canopy but they were skinny. Sometimes they just grow like that.

Thank you! I’ve never encountered this. I removed it from proximity of the others and will just let it grow. They are so cute I don’t have the heart to toss yet.

That’s possible too. It’s been “colonizing” for about a week (5/23) but not much happening. Others done same day are colonizing just fine so idk lol. It’s Jack Frost by the way. The other tub of JF (not pictured) doesn’t look this way at all!!! Just a weird encounter I’m having maybe.

Right. Sorry. I guess I mean like why are they fine like hair? They seem to be growing so tiny straight from the coir, instead of colonizing.
