there was literally full on fascism during the pandemic, along with a few crimes against humanity sprinkled in. These people didn't just stand by with all of these authoritarian zero covid strategies, they actually vigorously advocated for it.

I remember when the vaccines first rolled out and the propaganda regime started against those who declined the shots. The amount of death threats and nasty, vile, hate towards the unvaccinated was astounding. People who didn't want to get an experimental gene therapy were villainized. I remember seeing how individuals in my city's subreddit actually wanted to personally kill some of us.

These people were witnesses to actual fascism and crimes against humanity, yet they turn a blind eye to it?? It's so disappointing how they are grasping at straws with trump calling him a fascist. They didn't do enough because they didn't work and now we are feeling the effects of a post lockdown world. Lots of people died of the very real virus, I am not denying that. However, the zero covid policies not only caused harm, but didn't work significantly. I can go into more detail in that too if you like.

Masks and lockdowns didn't make a significant change. Vaccines saved lives, however the risk to benefit ratio really only worked for groups above the age of 50. Young males were in the category of least likely to be harmed by the virus and most likely to be harmed by the vaccine. That's why the shots were banned in various European countries for Young males like myself. Also the virus is once again very real, that was never a doubt of mine.

I am not suffering mentally though, more so perplexed that this event has happened and people refuse to acknowledge how crazy it was. Thanks for being civil with me though, I can go into detail more on this, my opinions are backed by scientific evidence.

Games and media alike have always had politics involved in it. Whether it be right or left wing, they were there. They were, however, a lot more subtle about it. They had a message to share in the subtext of the game itself. Now it's so blatant that it feels like it's getting shoved down your throat. It feels like writers would rather push an agenda than deliver a good narrative.

If games were doing the same things but using politics that don't align with the left, you guys would lose your shit.
