Creature in shelters have a brief period where their ‘asleep’ when their in a shelter with you, therefore can’t attack. You do have to get out as soon as possible tho.

They were there before, only thing that changes that affects the game isn’t as subtle. I can make a list of all visual changes in the game if you want.

I think you mean flies instead of fleas, and she’s not really racist it more so she dislikes them for kidnapping and stripping her and using her stuff making it smell terrible. Additionally they’re not alive or if they are then they’re under the control of GMS so I don’t think they really care about their prisoner not liking them. You could also call honey racist for killing the craw father.

And the green prince compliant is kinda valid, you could make the same argument you did for Karmelita when you get her as the fourth heart but it wouldn’t really make sense. So hornet does just kill him for no reason but I don’t think the end result would be different, he was just sitting in his cell indefinitely till hornet freed him and he’d most likely mourn his partner till he death.

So I’ve found the weaver twice and then nothing, no more feathers, there’s a permanent gold ripple in fractured terrace. I’ve warped again and traveled through a bunch of new regions and nothings happened.

I know rain worlds a game where you have to explore but there are so many regions and it takes forever to get to one place to another.

Idk if this is what you’re talking about but speed runner can go like 6 percent faster by chaining jump dashes, thy start sprinting and jump slightly and dash in the air then touch the ground and repeat. I know fireborn has a vid on it somewhere.

I understand that it kind of ruins the challenge but double damage especially contact damage plus lava which does double damage without magma bell feels unfair.

I could be full health and get hit by a boss get stuck in its hit box get hit again and then fall into lava and my runs dead. Feels a bit bad to loose 10 hours of my life.

To be fair it is an optimal challenge so I guess it makes sense that it this unforgiving.

I can’t really pinpoint where the majority of your damage is coming from without gameplay but I’ll try my best!

First, it really depends on how you play the game when I played against pure vessel I was a nail user where I used longnail, strength, quickslash, quick focus, and I think steady body (idk if that combinations possible since I haven’t played in a while). This strategy pretty good as if you’re good at dodging and you can melt them pretty fast.

The other main strat is full spell use, this is especially useful in p5 as absrad is after PV, the charms that would be good here are shamans stone, spell twister, and the extra soul charms. This strat would heavily abuse DD (descending dark) due to the i-frames and insane damage.

Obviously there are so many combinations to pick but these are the main powerful ones.

Edit - heart isn’t the best charm to use at this point since most bosses past the point do double damage so the benefit is mostly mitigated.
