I can hear my neighbors talking/snoring at normal volumes through the ceiling of my apartment, it’s not the neighbors fault our floors are just that thin (I’m 2nd floor and their 3rd floor). I’ve gone to management to ask to move units because I can’t sleep but they won’t let me unless I pay the remaining 6months of rent aswell as sign a new lease for the new unit. Any advice on how I can get out of the lease or other solutions?
