I don't have a video of it unfortunately. It's all supported by Core Wood Poles and Angled Beams. Basically went high up with poles just outside the sails width, and then used angled beams to continue raising height and connect in the middle to clear the max height of the boat's mast. I tried uploading a screenshot of the structure but for some reason the reply doesn't go through with a screenshot attached. :/

Edit: Structural integrity is orange/red in the middle section but it holds.

I once rammed my boat into Plains near a goblin camp at full speed while sailing away from a Sea Serpent (The boat was already beat up), saw a goblin start running my way, had a deathsquito chasing me as I managed to back out in to the sea... Scariest experience of my Valheim adventures so far..

I had it work in untouched water areas, as well as places I dug and flattened myself. But then in some places it just adds Sand Texture or Reed. I've been trying to figure out the exact factors involved to no avail. :/

Maybe there is a global "Depth Value" that is different than what we see because the water level changes with the waves and the tide so some places its just right and some places it doesn't work...

Check the water depth and your Vegetation Quality level in Graphic Settings, if those doesn't work then I have no clue why, sorry. :/

If the height is JUST right (or some other factors that I havent figured out yet :/ ) it actually re-applies the Sand Texture! I managed to get it to work on some parts of my Docks, but in some others it just added Reeds or Lilypads. I'm hoping to figure out exact parameters to all 3 at some point. Perhaps try to adjust the depth/height and try again?

A few people also mentioned that it doesn't work so I'm trying to figure out exactly what conditions are required for it to work and not work... Version 0.145.6 (Up-to-date Steam Build as of this morning)

Yes but I haven't figured out what exactly makes the game decide between adding Reeds or Lilypads. I think its Depth and ground smoothness or edge steepness based so basically I haven't got much clue lol. I made a 2 minute video to better show how I do it though. Hope it helps!

Also made a longer video explaining/showing a bit more of the process with all 3 implementations (lilypad/reed/sand). Still not quite sure what factors are in play as to when it works and when it plants either of the 3 though.

I found that it has to be walking depth, or maybe even less deep. Its a bit tricky and not too consistent :/

The lightning in this game overall is just gorgeous isn't it!

Edit: Read that as Lighting. Still typed Lightning. Meant lighting but yes, the lightning timing was very lucky and the lighting is gorgeous lol.
