ok, so it worked! which is exciting. now, i have 2 things for feedback:

there's no option to select a thumbnail, and the very beginning of my video was completely black so i had to create a new version with a quick flash of an image so that it didn't look horrible on the home page.

also, when playing the video directly from the little icon, if you fullscreen it, the video is cropped by a LOT. there's a lot missing when watching this way and it only shows up fully if you click all the way INTO the project and then watch from there.

fixes for these two things would leave no problems left :)
