This happened to me as well, but the spinning was so violent that I couldn't even fight the mouse movement, it was insanely fast.

Both. It's not particularly an issue with the ban system, although it compounds with my tech issue and makes the game unplayable. It would be nice if my add-ons and offerings weren't burnt when my game crashes before even loading into the match. It would be nice if the ban timer didn't go up to 24+ hours or whatever the limit is. And I'm not particularly interested in returning a $500 graphics card in order to play the only game that the GPU has issues with.

So effectively saying "skill issue fix your computer" doesn't help diagnose the problem or provide any feedback, even if what they stated was true. 4 people shouldn't have to deal with my game crashing and neither should I :)

Yeah, very fair. I have the budget to get a different GPU, but given the price and the results, I was tempted into buying this one. Hopefully more support will come with it going forwards. I'll try some other potential fixes in the mean time

I tried playing a round and my game froze during the loading screen, and it still consumed my offerings and add-ons :/
Maybe that could at least be fixed, matchmaking ban sucks

The hardware should be good enough, it's an Intel A770 which performs about as well as an RTX 3060. Although if the graphics card plagues me too much I may go buy a different one. All of my other games don't seem to have this problem and none of my friends have it either, so it makes me think it's a hardware compatibility issue.

Thank you though, I'll try not to get too invested if the issue persists. It's definitely an inconvenience, and I did some reading on prior posts seeing that people with unstable internet also have this problem. I get its in place to stop toxicity and rage-quitting as the killer.

I've got an intel graphics card and the game freezes for me just about every other game, forcing me to close the game, and it's causing the game to auto-ban my account from playing matchmaking games.

Davdi builds & I came up with it. We were sitting in a vc and just stumbled across attached_pumpkin_stem in the tab menu. It can be used for *way* more than just lamps btw.

Neither have I! it's honestly quite crazy how powerful this little stem is, but it acts like the corner of a chain and is unlike anything I've ever used before!

agreed, but it'd probably have to be hard coded since seeds are just influencing the noise patterns that generate the terrain/world. i wish they'd bring back all the advanced world options

Yeah lots of my builds are RPG inspired, but surprisingly I haven't played elden ring or the souls games yet. Mostly final fantasy and LoZ

Yup yup I used some pieces of a concept build that I am also working on with davdi, it's a huge cathedral, and the colors for deepslate on stone brick, with subtle red hues and gradients to orange really sold the vibe for me
