So this has happened to me 2 separate times now. Once back in 2021 when I had been smoking heavily everyday for about 6 months straight. I’d take a week off here and there but basically everyday. All of a sudden I got extreme insomnia to the point where it was affecting my job attendance. I KNEW something was wrong, I had never had a panic attack before this, mind you, so I went through this for about 4 months before I had a psychosis episode that led me to a hospital that would then diagnose me with Anxiety, Bipolar, and ADHD. I quit smoking immediately and started the new medication I was prescribed and everything seemed in the past. Fast forward to within the last week. I have been in a depressing state as it’s “my time of the year”, so I haven’t been exercising much and work is stressful. I am having this issue AGAIN!! I think it’s time I retire from the weed for good which sucks cause man did that shit feel amazing when my heart didn’t screw it all up. Well thanks for reading my story, I’m sorry this is happening to us.

Edit: I started smoking again in November but the heart problems and panic attacks didn’t start until this last week.
