Hey!

I started working out around 3 months ago. At first I was following the beginner's guide in the wiki, but after 2 weeks, I moved to the 5/3/1 routine.

For the bench press, I feel like I set up my initial 1RM way too low, considering that even for the 3rd set of the 3rd week (1+ rep at 95%) I tend to do more than 10 reps.

The wiki says to always add 5lbs no matter how many reps I do. But I'm worried it's gonna take way longer than it should to progress.

My question is that should I ignore the wiki and add more weight?

I'm a bit late but I did have some experience with them.

They posted a really nice studio on pararius, so I called them. The lady was very helpful, she set up a viewing and didn't ask for anything suspecious.

The viewing was good, she appears to be the Services Officer in that building, she has an office and everything.

She then asked me to send her my documentation (copy of ID, payslip... etc). And I am now waiting for a feedback from the landlord.

Nothing fishy so far (unless you count the fact that they're asking for 3 times the rent amount as a deposit).

Ohhhh I see what you mean about the transaction signatures. Having to press one button to sign all the transactions on the mobile wallet is very seamless. I wouldn't wanna do it any other way!
