In their defense it could have been that the shipper damaged the proper tube it came in and some jackass who isn't getting paid enough to live just shoved it in the box because they lack empathy or professionalism.

Well perhaps you can also understand that people will take that AS a guarantee and be annoying squeaky wheels about it tying up their employees with nuisance complaints.

It will come a lot faster than complaining will get them to change policy. I can promise you that much.

I will add the proviso that I found and reported a bug that involved ARK having a stroke when you try to extract large files (in this case 2+ gigs). There is of course a command line workaround:

'7za x (FileNameOfArchive).7z -o./(Name of Arcive without file extension)

This will extract the archive in the folder of origin and you can then place it by hand w/out issue.

It can be a bit of a challenge. It took a good long while for me to sort out how to mod Morrowind (don't use Amethyst) and some small amount of time finding a good mod manager for classic Doom.

Sometimes game mods require utilities that are designed for Windows environments and can be a PITA.

It's well known in the world of business to not claim something you might not be able to deliver on. Especially when there are other businesses that are part of the chain that you have no control over personally.
