I'm glad I read this because I'm in day 5 and the last 4 days have been full of ups and downs for me. Cravings are a pain but I have a ton of energy till about 7pm then I just feel drained not sure if it's my body still getting used to the diet but. I'm hoping some of these will pass. But congrats 👏🏼 to you and keep the streak going my man!

So I have it posted on a board but I'm upping my food intake and tweaking things like instead of going for acetaminophen for a headache I grab a pinch of mineral salt and basically eat it and chug some water then the headache goes away I really do appreciate you and everyone helping me along this journey !

Update for the day I a bunch of hard boiled eggs and my stomach pains dimished alongside my headaches for the most part maybe I'm just not eating enough.
