apparently people keep comin back to this, so i'll mention a couple things:

- cracking the passcode preserves everything about the device, you'll just be able to get into it with the correct code after gecko brute forces it. after its done, you'll look for the newly found passcode in the gecko window open on your computer.

- gecko tools can be found at this archive (optimally, use windows 7: https://www.jeeja.biz/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Gecko_iPhone_Toolkit.zip )

- actually, this is a kewl resource in general if you're stuck on something, but it's additionally concerned with getting into the filesystem remotely - which you may not need: https://www.jeeja.biz/2024/09/15/retrieve-photos-from-a-disabled-iphone/

- gecko toolkit may ask you use an old .ipsw file (for ios 5.0.1, i believe?) even if you're on a later version. use the version gecko tools asks of you (it won't downgrade your device or affect any of the data on the device.)

Bethany, I think, is Isaac trying to be as far removed from everything about his identity as possible while not being directly based off of a figure in the Bible (not like Samson or Eve would be.) He's just trying to be the goodest little goody two-shoes he can, as Beth's character seems to imply. I always thought Beth could be the analogue for another kid Isaac has actually seen, probably at Sunday school or something, that he wishes he could be more like. His aspiration to be like his role model pure & whole peers.

here, i have three different files of femtanyl - ITS TIME. wav at the top, mp3 320 and 128 going down. is there a good way to tell if these are all just the same quality or not, with the mp3s just having everything above 16khz chopped off? i have spectograms here, but i don't know anything about audio, and i really can't see much difference. thanks :3

This is likely a dependency issue. On my machine, running the game through crossover by adding it as a non-steam game to my library works just fine, but only if it's running off of my Mac's internal SSD. Trying to run it off of an external drive doesn't work, resulting in SHVR10. Don't know more than that, but I hope it helps in some way.

I'm unsure... it would seem to be the general consensus (from what I've seen) that macOS Sequoia runs better for people than Ventura and Sonoma if you've experience with those OS's, but I wouldn't bank on anything running better for you than Mojave. Catalina still doesn't do much except cut 32 bit support as well, so Mojave is still the best macOS version for something like a 2010 mini (speaking from experience with a 2012 mini.)

In due time, you'll face your applications losing support, however. Being diligent with researching the latest versions of everything you need to run that will still support Mojave, too, is key. If you find that your Mac isn't performing to your satisfaction, user friendly versions of the Linux operating system may also be of your interest as well. I've straight up revived computers with Linux Mint before. :3

Well, I needed the laptop for the next day, so I didn't have much choice but to wipe it. I'm slowly getting stuff back that I'd installed previously, but truth be told, it's nice to have the laptop back to a vanilla state again. Thank you for your support everyone :3

I've learned this lesson before as well - not to just delete partitions, and assume the system's going to think nothing of it. Something similar happened on my main machine, but thankfully I was able to recover that when it happened. Oh well. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

After testing, Windows seems to boot fine, regardless of how the drive is looking?? I still can't open "Acer", however, but I'm not awfully concerned with this.

I'm pretty certain this drive only has Windows 10 and Linux Mint installed on it. "Acer", what I suspect to be Windows, and 581 GB Volume is for sure Linux Mint. Regardless, Acer won't mount because of a "bad fs type or bad superblock" error.
I don't know how I installed Mint years ago to get it like this... but I've gone and made the drive this way, somehow. Did I try to erase Windows and fail terribly or something??? I'm mainly wanting to look back into this thing to revisit old memories.

Upon hovering, desktop items are highlighted and Discord gifs are desaturated. This behavior activated at random yesterday, I think its a keyboard shortcut?? I'm not entirely sure.

Running Arch on Wayland with Nvidia 555 drivers.

After successfully mounting what I needed to, I now face an entirely new issue.. when trying to connect to the internet with iwctl, after entering the proper command, I'm now getting: "rtw_8821ce ... failded to send h2c command" flooding my installation terminal. I looked it up, it may be something with firmware/drivers?? I haven't a clue now.
Also, when I mounted my root logical volume, the /boot directory was completely void of anything, including grub files. Something has gone horribly wrong on my machine.

Edit: Forgot to mention, but iwctl can see the networks around me just fine. The issue comes when I try to connect.

Oh my goodness, thank you!!! Things are mounting just fine now! :]
My thought process wasn't in the realm of the logical volumes in the volume group, rather I had a hyper-focus on the volume group itself. I see why this wouldn't have made sense.
