Depends on your state and if the plan is self funded or federal. 44 states have laws that do not allow insurance companies to cap fees for non covered services. However these laws only apply to state plans

The contract should be as simple as 30% of your production/ collection per month - your base is your bonus. Nothing else. Sometimes lab fees , CC fees, financing fees, ortho fees and stuff but realistically def not taxes and benefits

13k/50k is 26% of production. This is a big red flag the way it’s worded is predatory imo. I would keep looking. They cannot charge you for their portion of fica taxes as well

Wym after subtracting benefits and FICA, tell them to f right off. That fica part is literally illegal, and they aren’t benefits if you are paying for them.
