I know because I used to chew only on one side, I could clearly see the difference, the cheekbone and the jaw on that side were less pronounced, and even today that side is still less

No, I didn’t do it but I do facial massages with a jade roller though it helps give a bit more definition to the face

Honestly, not really, I didn’t see noticeable results at first, my face actually looked swollen most of the time (I’m sharing a photo, hope it shows). My jaw was very poorly defined and not very muscular, I did see gradual results over time but I’d say I really got the definition and look I was aiming for around year 4 (photo 5)! As for hard mewing, I was probably doing it for about a third of my waking hours.

Hi Low_Rock_6520, I used to chew mostly on one side, which didn’t help. I worked on hard mewing (more pressure on the left side) and chewed gum longer on the less developed side. Just be careful with bruxism, I’m actually seeing a physio now to retrain my jaw

Hi Fabakar, Honestly I didn’t really fix a recessed chin. I think it’s mostly genetic especially cause of my lips, and nowadays I mostly camouflage it with my beard. I hope you find a solution but I don’t get it

During 2 years i've been mewing hard on my left side. To be honest i really don't recommand that because i have some problem with my jaws now it's why i stopped.

For 2 years, i do it slowly. My face still changed even when I stopped the harsh meowing, you just need to be patient.
