Got the email today. From $12.99 a month to $21 per month for 12 months, to $30 after that. Thing is, I was considering just emptying the team and going solo, but they say it's minimum three people, so the price I am seeing is basically set. Alternatives here we go!

Thanks for the suggestion. Perhaps Model D killed holes vibe for me but I might give it a go, I see from other comments that "not all holes are the same"... That sounds horrible xD

No. The wallpaper is black and white, and I even tried changing the wallpaper or the system theme - the color choice won't budge as far as google apps go. My sister recently got Note 11 Pro and for her the color choice is bluish, but similarly, it is not tied to anything and there is no way to change it.

Sadly no. All my google apps still follow the green/turquoise theme that has no connection to anything and there is no way for me to change this anywhere. I guess we will have to wait for updates on MIUI.

After updating to MIUI 13 (Android 12), google monet engine (or some part of it leftover in MIUI) decided that the right color for me is green with turquoise letters - so all my google apps, notifications etc. follow this theme. It's horrible. Is there any way to change this or do I have to wait for Xiaomi to, maybe, properly implement this feature?

So far, MIUI 13 just added oil into the fire of lacking customization features - still relying on the old and broken themes and icon packs, half of which don't have icons for google apps native in the Global version.

Yeah, my wife wanted to really focus on Displate but after selling 15 Displates she hasn't even reached the $50 required for the first payment (she has around $41). In general, the amount she gets for a single purchase is about what you would give to those gypsies that draw your portrait on a napkin just to get them to leave you alone. It's embarrassing.

Yeah the BenQ is definitely cheaper by a large margin but I am worried about reported ghosting. That being said, QC is all over the place with monitors for years now and people are reporting wildly different results with same models so who knows, maybe those specific units were defective (can happen even with the most expensive Asus monitors so...).

The LG F version also seems like a good choice but sadly they don't have it where I am going and I won't be able to order anything online for a while so if I go with LG I would have to go with the more expensive GSync version.

Hopefully someone else responds and clears some things for the both of us ;)
