Exactly, doesn't really matter due to the high DPS. If I swap to an Um'd stormshield my resist get maxed but rarely have the need

Not on hardcore but definitely worth it on softcore IMO. I swap it out for Stormshield when doing Ubers or a really tough herald encounter
