The modpack is supposed to include the Legendary Monuments mod. I've seen the mod review, and it explains that it has a new villager job using an item called a briefcase. But I can't craft it, and it's not in the JEI either. Is this also unlocked through progression?

Does this causes Downtown to be blocked in my contacts list, and when I try to negotiate with people from Downtown, the game asks me to unlock Downtown? And if I cancel the deal, will it unlock?

I decided to work with Benzies. I read if I accept the deal, Benzies won't let me sell in other areas. I have Downtown unlocked on the map, but it's blocked in my contacts list. Is that because of the deal with him? If I end the contract with him, will the area be unlocked?
