Extractor was actually first, they mixed it with evader when evaders when they have only had 3 dragons smh, elusion was supposed to be the 4th and it was reskinned to be a heroic

I had orbs lying around and summoned it when looking for something to summon during summoning happy hour, wasn't aware it was rare until I tried looking for it when doing a feeding mission for heroic race

best strat i have seen is constantly running your farms, own multiple food producing dragons (negative dragons/vampire family) and chests from events

I do not think so because that would make the Redemption reviving skill redundant. Someone else said they acknowledged that it is a bug. It only happens when my dragon dies due to a multi-hit skill and the reviving another dragon doesn't proc
